Leaders for Leaders: FBM Institute Champions Education in the Philippines

The FBM Institute recently initiated an academic program in Rizal, Philippines, entitled “Leaders for Leaders.”

This endeavor aspires to furnish an enhanced educational setting for young Filipinos. The inaugural outreach event transpired last week in Tanay, Rizal, with additional activities scheduled in the upcoming months. The program endeavors to mitigate the educational disruptions caused by the global health crisis, which profoundly affected the Philippines beyond its health implications. The FBM Institute declared, “2023 is replete with optimism for FBM Institute and its volunteers,” emphasizing that “Supplying sufficient provisions and enhancing the learning environments for Filipino youth constitutes a vital stride towards constructing a more promising tomorrow for them.”

Observing International Education Day on January 24th, the debut “Leaders for Leaders” occasion assisted over 600 pupils at Camp Mateo Capinpin Primary School in Tanay, Rizal, who experienced adversity due to the pandemic. With subsequent outreach events slated for April, August, and November 2023, “Leaders for Leaders” will prioritize young individuals confronting socioeconomic challenges.

Vítor Francisco, the leader of the FBM Foundation, has faith in the impact of learning. He views it as the solution to conquering hardship, particularly in areas where it’s frequently disregarded. He’s enthusiastic about the FBM Foundation’s part in aiding these populations and assisting them in attaining genuine advancement through schooling. They are dedicated to enacting positive change.
