Codere Online Announces Board Member Change

Codere Online revealed a shift in its leadership structure with a recent board member change. Alejandro Rodino, who joined the board following Codere’s merger with DD3 Acquisition Corp. in November 2022, has resigned. Borja Fernández will assume his position, as declared by Codere. Rodino, one of four directors appointed by Codere, took on a larger role upon becoming Co-CEO of the unified entity.

Fernández possesses vast expertise, having served on numerous boards across diverse sectors, including private equity and investment banking. He is presently engaged with Ahorro Corporación Financiera in Madrid. Fernández earned his Business Administration degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
