Catena Media Appoints New Head of Communications and Investor Relations

European Performance Marketing Leader Appoints New Communications Head

Catena Media, a prominent online performance marketing company operating across Europe, has selected Osa Hillsten to lead its Communications and Investor Relations team. Hillsten joins the company after serving as Head of Communications at Collector AB, a Swedish digital bank, where she gained extensive experience in communications and investor relations. She succeeds Annie Ryman, who is leaving the organization.

Hillsten’s responsibilities will encompass managing Catena Media’s internal and external corporate communications, as well as investor relations initiatives. Her official start date is January 8, 2018.

This strategic hire follows a highly successful year for the affiliate marketing giant. Catena Media achieved record revenue growth in 2017, driven in part by a series of strategic acquisitions, including a recently disclosed agreement to acquire a Japanese affiliate network that has not yet been publicly identified.

“We are thrilled to have Osa Hillsten join our team,” remarked Robert Andersson, CEO of Catena Media, in a statement announcing the appointment. “Osa possesses the precise expertise we sought and will be instrumental in advancing the company’s communications and investor relations endeavors as we progress following our recent listing on Nasdaq Stockholm Mid Cap.”

Hillsten added, “I am eager to collaborate with Catena Media, a company with a strong foundation for future expansion. The industry is still in its nascent stages, and Catena Media’s digital business model and scalability present exciting opportunities and significant potential.”

My experience in the field of communication, particularly engaging with groups of enthusiasts, provided a solid base for my professional journey.
