A Leading Bookmaker Reinforces its Support for the Renowned Epsom Derby

The revitalized agreement grants Betfred title sponsorship of the celebrated two-day event at Epsom Downs, formally recognized as the “Betfred Derby Festival.” This alliance, slated to continue until at least 2026, bolsters Betfred’s profound connection to the sport.

Under the terms of the agreement, Betfred will also extend its backing to supplementary races conducted on each day of the festival, bringing the cumulative number of races over the two days to six. This expansion follows an initial three-year contract revealed earlier this year, adding another year to their pledge.

Fred Done, the individual who established Betfred, conveyed his excitement, remarking, “Following an exceptional time at Epsom in the previous year, we are delighted to amplify our support for the Betfred Derby Festival.
